Resort Rules and Regulations

1.Tariff:The hotel is only authorized to accomidate properly registered guests. For this purpose guests are to present their valid ID card or passport .The room tariff is not inclusive of any charges for food and beverages or any other services , these can be billed to your room account.

2. Settlement of Bills: Bill must be settled on presentation of either by payment in cash/CC/Online Cheques are not accepted.

3. Arrival and Departure: Time for Check out is 12.00PM

4. Guest Belongings: Be advised to keep valuables in your personals room safe locker which is located in your locker cabinet .Keep your door lock closed when not in the room or when you are sleeping

5. Room Key procedure: Key must be deposited at the reception desk whenever the guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out .Lost key will be charged (200Rs per card)

6. Hazardous Goods: Like gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fuels, fire arms etc in the hotel is strictly prohibited.

7. Management rights: The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his /her room at any momenet without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. The guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so . In default the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belogings of the visitor room occupied by him/her..

8. Laundry Procedure: Washing of clothes is not allowed in the room. Laundry is avaible in the resorts,

9. Dogs.Pets.etc: Dogs and other animals are not allowed in the Resorts,

10. Damage of Property: Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible ..

11. Amendment of Rules: Management reserves to itself the rights to add or alter or any amend any of the above terms and conditions and rules at any time without notice.

12. Visitors: Resident resort guests are requested to entertain their guests in the public areas .Guests are not allowed in the rooms any time during the day or night without the previous consent of the management.

13. Couple Identity proof is mandatory for couples.
